Current COVID-19 Updates

Update 6-3-22:

We have had positive COVID tests in our Health Care Wing.  Due to the state of Minnesota regulations this puts our facility in outbreak status. We have begun COVID-19 testing for all staff and residents. This will continue for the next two weeks minimum.

In accordance with the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) visitation will continue. However, we ask that you limit the number of visitors at any one time to 2 individuals. Door A will be open 7a-7p daily, you MUST screen in, wear facemasks while on site even in resident rooms and continue to social distance.

The safety of our residents and staff are a top priority.  We continue to be focused on the well-being of those not only residing at our campus, but also our caregivers and visitors.

We continue to be focused on compliance with the Department of Health and CDC to ensure we do everything we can to keep COVID-19 out of our building.  With that said, I ask that all staff and visitors adhere to our screening process that is in place per the CDC and Department of Health recommendations. All individuals entering our campus must screen in at Door A and always wear a face mask while in the HCW visiting.

I thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me with any questions, comments or concerns you may have.

Sincerely,

Lorna Craig-Paulson
